EWR in partnership with The Department of Sustainability and Environment has developed a statewide database that is consolidation of Best Management Practices with Water Quality Implications within Victoria. This has been developed as part of a NAP/NHT funded project into Water Quality research in Victoria. The aim of the database was to consolidate existing Best Management Practices within Victoria, but does not make an assessment of their applicability or scientific rigour.

It is important to note that this is by no means a complete list of all Best Management Practices with water quality implications (but those able to be documented at the time of development). If information regarding a BMP not on the system is available, it is requested that it is emailed to info@ewr.net.au, or to deb.brown@dse.vic.gov.au.
